- Ship the Item: Send the item to the address provided by our customer service team. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the item reaches us safely.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item, defective product).
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
- Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
